We believe in the value of deep, personal connections to move entrepreneurship and our community forward.
From the beginning, our metric for success at our events has been the number of meaningful connections that were created. (3.7 per person)
We know that leadership is an authentic journey, filled with challenges, and success ultimately requires the strength of a community, skills, knowledge and living a balanced, well-rounded life.
Our Vision: The Wheel
We are building social infrastructure to bring our community together persistently around the concept of being a well-round or Holistic Entrepreneur or Leader.
Like a wheel, it will have parts more exposed to the public surface than others.
Ticketed, Public Experiences
For example, monthly 'Spokes' will be a public event created around a key theme related to what it takes to be a holistic entrepreneur or leader.
We envision bringing in top A-list talent and expertise (think Tim Ferris, Brene Brown, Amy Cuddy, Seth Godin and Simon Sinek) for the best monthly experience Columbus has seen. You deserve it!
Themes for Spokes are still being determined, but will include business and professional skills along with nutrition, wellness, emotional intelligence, balance and FUN!
members-only experiences for personal development and authentic connections
Hubs will be members-only experiences that are small and intimate, providing for growth, leadership and development through vulnerability. Think hands-on trainings, workshops and coaching sessions, provocative dinner-parties from leading edge chefs, cocoa around campfires, opportunities to create art, controversial hikes in the woods, moonlight star-gazing and more. Someday, perhaps, a physical space that is NOT designed for work, but rather connection.
We are creating what we, as entrepreneurs, want to exist in the world. And we are making it happen here in Test City, U.S.A. It starts with you.
